- Customers can request a refund or exchange of a product by sending an email to hello@mionparis.com during the next 14 days from receipt of the product. In the email you must indicate the order number, the description of the products to be returned and the reason why you want to make the exchange or return and, where appropriate, request a refund.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, with their original labels and undamaged, without using or washing them
- Once the return has been accepted by Mion, the customer must send the product at his own expense and within 7 days under his entire responsibility to the following address: c / Gleva, 3 08006, Barcelona (Spain)
- Upon receipt of the product and after verifying that the use, packaging and handling are correct, Mion will refund the amount of the product paid by the customer within a maximum of 10 days. In the case of a change, Mion will send the new requested product, always subject to its availability in the inventory. If there is no availability to make the change, the amount of the returned product will be refunded
